Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to the Site. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect others to do the same towards us. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners can send us a takedown notice through our DMCA Agent in case of infringement. As an internet service provider, we are granted immunity from such claims under the DMCA “safe harbor” provisions. To submit a valid infringement claim, certain information needs to be provided:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
- Location of the infringing material and details for us to locate it;
- Contact details of the complaining party;
- A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized;
- A statement that the notification is accurate and authorized by the copyright owner.
Under Title 17 USC §512(f), penalties can be imposed for providing false information in an infringement notification. Takedown notices should be sent via email for quick action.
We may share the identity of the complainant with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If material is taken down due to a copyright claim, a counter notification can be sent to have it restored. The notification must contain:
- Your signature;
- Description of the material and its original location;
- A statement that the material was removed by mistake;
- Your details and consent to jurisdiction.
Send the counter notice via email through our Contact page.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We strictly adhere to copyright laws. We maintain a list of DMCA notices and take action against repeat infringers as per DMCA requirements.
Modifications
We reserve the right to change our DMCA policy at any time. Please check back regularly for updates.
